Check In and Check Out
Check in begins at 4pm.  Checkout is 11am. Express checkout is available through your television or by completing an Express Checkout card and leaving it with one of our Front Desk representatives. Late checkouts are subject to an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled one day prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of a one night hotel stay. No-shows are charged a fee of a one night hotel stay. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Pet Policy
L'Auberge du Lac does not allow pets. Please contact the hotel directly for pet boarding facilities in the area.

Guest Laundry
Same day service available Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays. Drop-off deadline is 7am. Contact the Bell Desk at extension 7174 to arrange pick up. Items will be delivered to the guest's room after 6pm. List of laundry services and prices are available in each guest room.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted in designated hotel rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room.

Parking and Complimentary Valet
Self parking is available in the main parking area and the parking garage. Valet parking is available and complimentary.

Wi Fi Access
$10.99 per day

Deposit
If a credit card is not given at the time of check in, a $100 cash deposit and pre-payment of hotel stay is required.

AAA and AARP
A 10% discount is given with proper identification.
